Maggie Romaguera
Bio
For the past 12 years, Maggie Romaguera has been providing administrative support as a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Dean’s office at the Stempel College of Public Health & Social Work in Florida International University. Under her leadership, she has utilized her vast experience to develop policies and procedures, implement process improvement strategies and provide extensive administrative support to the college Associate Deans. Applying her organizational, problem solving, communication and technical skills, Maggie has been responsible for effectively enhancing productivity while maintaining strong professional and employee relations to encourage success. Her professional focal points include communication skills, industry expertise, and the ability to adapt to ever-changing situations.
Prior to joining Florida International University, Maggie worked as a Business Administrator of a real estate appraisal office for six years culminating in an expansive and successful business growth. Her professional background comes from real estate sales, mortgage brokering and real estate property appraising. Colleagues describe Maggie as a valuable resource that can be relied on to offer superior solutions that deliver results on time.
On her time off, Maggie enjoys staying active, taking yoga classes, traveling, and spending time at the beach and with her family.
